Cole oversees finance, operations, strategy and business development at brwarchitects. She brings to the firm a professional background in nonprofit work, Public Relations/Marketing and business development as well as graphic design.

After working in public relations for sustainable food systems in Boulder, CO, and affordable housing in Columbus, OH, she moved back to Virginia in 2015. At BRW, Cole holds a strategic role with a wide range of leadership areas. She enjoys strengthening the relationship between small firms and social justice and supporting the projects at brw that best reflect that union. Her side gig is as an illustrator and painter.
