Klockner Pentaplast International Design Center
An interior renovation transformed uninspired office and lab space into a flexible, multi-purpose design and innovation center for their food division.
At Klockner Pentaplast’s new International Design Center, the goal was to immerse clients in the creative process from the moment they enter. brwarchitects achieved this by using full-height glass walls to visually connect the conference room, where ideas begin, to the Uhlmann 1240, where finished prototypes are produced.
The open plan encourages collaboration, with workspaces, meeting rooms, and reception areas surrounding the machinery that brings their designs to life. Flexible walls, conference tables, and workstations adapt to the evolving needs of the creative process, always keeping the final product in view.
